Founded after the end of the summer Salsa-Open-Air season 2013 at Elisenbrunnen as therapy against winter time depressions. We had Salsa parties here during the winter time taking place every Sunday but the 4th Sunday, and in the sommer time at least once per month: each 2nd Sunday and additionally each time the open air party is canceled due to bad wheather conditions, until January 2015.
Then the operating agent Dako Gnato didn't continue the contract with Starfish (the owner of this location) and startet instead a new project in the Pontstraße: the
Freiraum which opened in the end of February 2015. On March 15th there took place the first Salsa Party, continuing the concept of the popular Charly Brown Salsa parties: 18:00 a workshop, 19:00 - 23:00 party, again all for 4 Euro. It continues on April 12th (in case of no Salsa @ Elisenbrunnen due to bad weather) and definately each second Sunday until October: April 4, May 10, June 14 ...
